Town Landmarks and Resident Schedule Patterns

Open the map, spot the resident you need, close it, and somehow their portrait has vanished into a sea of purple roofs. Moonlight Peaks can turn one gift delivery into a full gothic search party. Read building shapes, paths, signs, stairs, bridges, and waterways instead of relying on color. Once those landmarks click, you can spend the night on farming and friendships instead of haunting the map menu.

How to find residents inside buildings

When a resident enters a building, the map groups their portrait with that building instead of leaving a loose icon on the street. Move the cursor over the building silhouette or select its marker to see who is listed inside. The map also shows useful shop details, including whether a shop is open.

  1. Zoom out when you need the region name, then zoom back in before checking individual buildings.
  2. Select nearby building silhouettes one at a time. Start with the resident's home, workplace, or the fallback named in the schedule table below.
  3. If the portrait is listed but the first room is empty, check interior stairs, upper floors, back rooms, and side rooms. Several homes and shops have more than one level.
  4. If the resident still is not there, reopen the map. They may have begun walking to the next schedule block, and launch-build tracking can occasionally be awkward around interior spaces.

Landmark routes from the farm

DestinationLandmark routeGate or confirmation
Town HallLeave the farm through the right/east exit and follow the main road into town. Find the castle-like silhouette, cross the broad bridge below it, and climb both stair sections.Crest Garden is left of Town Hall. Use the garden, bridge, and tall hall silhouette to reset your bearings.
Webb of WondersDescend from Town Hall into the shop district and work toward its southeast side. Follow the Webb of Wonders shop marker and sign instead of matching roof colors.Sabrina runs the magic shop. Inside, the pottery station is on the right and the counter is ahead.
The Broken LampFrom the shop district, follow the east-side street to the wine-bar sign. The Broken Lamp is Samael's bar on the east side of town. The wine racks line the right side of the interior. Check the building marker if Samael is not outside.
Moonlit PinesReturn to Town Hall, go west, and climb the forest stairs. Luna's seed cart, cottage, river, and small waterfall form the main landmark chain. The fallen log used during The Mysterious Bay blocks the small waterfall just west of the stairs leading to Luna's seed cart.
Howling MarshesFrom Town Hall, take the east route and turn north or northeast at the fork instead of remaining on the direct temple path. Follow the stairs into the wetland and use the weeping willows, small islands, broken stairs, bridges, and branching waterways as checkpoints. On a full moon, Saga and other Logan werewolves may move into the marshes instead of following their normal town routines.
Misty ShoresTake the southern bridge out of town. After the curse is lifted, cross into Misty Shores and use the Ambrosia mansion and graveyard as the largest fixed silhouettes.A Bridge Too Far opens Misty Shores, the Ambrosia grounds, and Cave of Echoes. If the bridge is cursed, continue that quest rather than searching for a side path.
Cave of EchoesFrom the Ambrosia mansion, travel west toward the far-left or lower-left edge of Misty Shores. Keep following the shoreline and bridges until you reach the cave entrance west of the estate.Inside the cave, the large bell on the eastern side is a useful deep-cave checkpoint.
Luna BayEnter Howling Marshes and work toward the damaged stairs and narrow passage along its upper side. During A Curious Passage, Ludo sends you through the passage in Hellkitten form. Later Luna Bay objectives open a regular route. If the stairs or passage remain unusable, continue A Curious Passage and the following Luna Bay quests. There is no ungated shortcut around this story route.
Khazan TempleFrom Town Hall, follow the path directly east. Do not take the north or northeast branch toward Howling Marshes. Stay beside the waterway until the waterfall and temple grounds appear. The temple stands by the waterfall. The ground to the waterfall's right is also used during Elvira's treasure hunt.

Tested resident schedule blocks

These are narrow Monday-night checks from Spring, not complete 24-hour schedules. The listed residents had been introduced, and no festival, date, heart event, or related quest scene was active. Weather, full moons, quests, festivals, seasons, and later story progress can replace these blocks.

ResidentDay and timeSeasonWeatherStory state testedExpected location and fallback
SabrinaMonday, 7:00 p.m. to midnightSpringClear or rainIntroduced; Webb of Wonders available; no Sabrina event activeBehind the counter in Webb of Wonders. At midnight, clear weather moves her toward a campfire in the Ambrosia area, while rain sends her on a Moonlit Pines walk. Her home above or attached to the spell shop is the later fallback, around 2:45 a.m. in clear weather or 3:15 a.m. in rain.
SamaelMonday, 11:00 p.m. to about 5:00 a.m.SpringClear or rainIntroduced; no Samael quest or personal event activeWorking inside The Broken Lamp. In clear weather, check Howling Hammer around 7:00 p.m. before his bar shift; he begins moving into the bar around 10:40 p.m. In rain, check The Broken Lamp from about 9:15 p.m. onward. His house is the next fallback near 5:00 a.m.
SagaMonday, 11:00 p.m. to about 3:00 a.m. clear or 4:00 a.m. rainSpringClear or rain; no full moonIntroduced; no Saga quest or personal event activeWorking in the mayor's office inside Town Hall. If absent, check Saga's house. On a full moon, skip Town Hall and check Howling Marshes from about 8:55 p.m.; her house becomes the later fallback.
PersephoneMonday, 7:00 p.m. to about 9:00 p.m.SpringClearHenderson family moved in; Luna Bay and the yoga space open; no Persephone event activeTeaching yoga in Luna Bay. Her next clear-weather block places her by the Henderson home in town around 9:00 p.m. In rain, start with the Henderson house; around 8:35 p.m. she may begin a moving search route through town, Moonlit Pines, or Howling Marshes.

Tip: If a resident misses a listed block, do not spend the whole night sweeping every purple path. Check their home, workplace, and listed fallback; allow 20 to 30 in-game minutes for a transition; then switch to a nearby farm, shop, or gathering errand. Recheck on the next matching day after sleeping if needed. One wandering townie does not get to drink the whole evening dry.

Patch-sensitive: Schedule blocks are patterns, not promises. Festivals, weather, full moons, romance events, dates, quests, and later story progress can move residents or replace routines. More regions also open through the story, so this is a working town loop rather than a complete atlas.
