Dagger Belt Route and Crypt Door Targets

That sparkle offshore looks close enough—right up until another jump ends in the water. In Queen's Domain, the Dagger Belt crossing needs running jumps, not Wind Dash. You can reach it now, then use its throwing daggers to open the Crypt.

Reach the Dagger Belt rocks

  1. First Crystal Monument: From this save point, take the stairs on the left. Watch for Forest Eyes, the wall-mounted flowers that fire sweeping beams. If the nearby Ratty Bug crowds you, lure it down the stairs and fight with room to retreat.
  2. Gap in the rocks: Upstairs, take the first right through the rock gap. Turn right again onto the coastal path.
  3. Coastal beach: Follow the narrowing path past the bugs and Forest Eyes until you reach a beach facing two small offshore rocks. Look for the sparkling belt hanging from a branch on the farther rock.
  4. Near rock, then far rock: Line up a running jump from the beach onto the nearer rock. Set up your next running jump toward the farther rock, then collect the Dagger Belt beneath the branch.

If you fall into deep water, you lose health and return to shore. Check your health before another attempt, then line up each landing separately. These jumps come before the aerial dash unlock.

Open your equipment menu and equip the belt and its Throwing Daggers. You start with three throws. Aim at a target and use your configured throwing-weapon input. Each spent charge returns over time; empty dagger icons mean you need to wait. If throwing will not work, release any held charged melee attack first.

Work back toward the monument. Use your daggers to remove Forest Eyes before tackling enemies beneath them.

Optional equipment: The tower near the first stairs contains a chest with the Rusted Spear. A large Chilopoda guards it; keep your distance and use daggers, since its bite can poison you. The spear is useful extra equipment, but it is not required to open the Crypt.

Open the diamond doors and return shortcut

  1. Northwest of the monument: Follow the uphill route to the northwest until it overlooks a lower clearing. Shoot visible Forest Eyes before dropping down, then check around the tree for more.
  2. Two doors in the clearing: Find the diamond-shaped opening beside each door. These are targets: aim a throwing dagger into the opening to operate its door.
  3. Right-hand branch first: Use your landing point as the reference. Open the door on the right-hand branch to unlock the return shortcut. Follow it back to the first Crystal Monument and choose Save.
  4. Doorway near the braziers: Return through your shortcut and open the other doorway, beside the braziers—the fire bowls. This is the Crypt entrance. Head inside and follow the descending ramp.

That shortcut turns a confusing loop into a route you know: monument, clearing, Crypt. You now have the throwing tool, a saved belt pickup, and a direct way back before searching underground for the Endu Shrine Gate Key.
