During Curly’s birthday party in Mouthwashing, head into the kitchen beside the Lounge and turn the wall-mounted recipe book to its mocktail page. This is the Six Days Before the Crash scene, using the same mixer as the birthday cake. Three ingredient pouches can make this party feel like a Pony Express paperwork test. The fix is two separate mixes.

The Pony Express Specialty Mocktail is optional; you do not need it to advance the story. We recommend making it before finishing the cake to keep your kitchen tasks together. That is a convenient order, not an extra achievement condition.

The recipe book gives you the ingredient clues. Use the Code Scanner, the handheld tool that reveals concealed codes, if you want to uncover the hidden sweetener code yourself. For the direct answer, enter these codes into the ingredient dispenser on the counter left of the sink, then collect each pouch it produces:

Water: 3142
Tonic: 1324
Sweetener: 2341

Mix the mocktail in two stages

Make the drink base. Face the mixer with the orange tubes and lever, on the counter right of the sink. Open your inventory and use the Water and Tonic pouches to place them beneath the two orange tubes. Pull the lever to combine them.
Collect the intermediate result. Take the drink base from beneath the large center tube. This is only the first stage.
Finish the mocktail. Place that drink base and the Sweetener pouch beneath the orange tubes. Pull the lever again, then collect the finished Pony Express Specialty Mocktail.

If you are staring at a drink base and wondering what the machine wants, you are one mix short. Collect the base, load it back into the mixer with Sweetener, and pull the lever again. Dispensing all three pouches does not finish the recipe.

Wasteful achievement: PC Steam

Wasteful requires mixing the Pony Express Specialty Mocktail at Curly’s birthday party. Finish both stages above and collect the drink.
