Chapter 1: Darkfall Manor
- Collect the GOLD COINS and receive the MAP PIECE for the Front Yard.
- Collect 3 NOTE PIECES.
- Click on the sharp rock.
- Find the fragments and the ROCK becomes part of your inventory.
- Zoom in on the gargoyle's head and break the eyes with your ROCK. Take the OWL PLAQUE PIECE.
- Zoom in on the mansion's front door. Place the OWL PLAQUE PIECE in its proper place.
- Zoom in on the gas meter to the right of the mansion.
- A mini-puzzle appears. Follow the instructions to solve it.
- Slide breakers 3 and 4 to the up position (1).
- The left dial (2) should be set at 9. To do this, click the dial until it reaches 9.
- The right dial (3) should be set at 4. Click the dial until it reaches 4.
- Move slider 1 (4) all the way to the left until the light turns red.
- Move slider 2 (5) all the way to the right until the light turns green.
- Click the power switch (6) and the puzzle is solved!
- Go through the gate and enter the Backyard.
- Collect the GOLD COINS to receive the MAP PIECE.
- Collect the three NOTE PIECES.
- Combined, the note pieces will create the OWL NOTE.
- Click on the owl and a LEVER will appear.
- Click on the LEVER.
- Find all the fragments and add the LEVER to your inventory.
- Click on the slot on the tree trunk.
- Put the LEVER in the slot.
- Click on the LEVER.
- The iron gate at the opening in the tree will disappear.
- Click on this opening to trigger a HOS.
- When you have found all the hidden items, take the OWL PLAQUE PIECE.
- Go back to the Front Yard and zoom in on the door.
- Place the OWL PLAQUE PIECE in the frame to trigger a mini-puzzle.
- Click on each piece until the color matches the OWL NOTE.
- When the colors match, a KEY will appear.
- Click on the KEY to unlock the door.
- Enter the Manor through the Front Door.
- Collect the GOLD COINS in the Grand Room to receive the MAP PIECE.
- Click on the BLUE GEM floating near the fireplace.
- Find all the pieces of the BLUE GEM and add it to your inventory.
- Zoom in on the portrait hanging next to the grandfather clock.
- Place the BLUE GEM in the round slot at the top of the frame.
- Collect the five PORTRAIT PIECES.
- Zoom in on the portrait again and place the PORTRAIT PIECES on the canvas.
- You will trigger a mini-puzzle.
- Move the pieces around and click to rotate them into place.
- When you have completed the portrait, take the PORTRAIT KEY.
- Zoom in on the door at the top of the stairs.
- Use the PORTRAIT KEY to enter.
- Click the PORTRAIT KEY to open the door.
- Enter the Hallway.
- Collect the GOLD COINS to receive the MAP PIECE.
- Zoom in on the small, round table in the corner.
- Take the WOODEN RING.
- Zoom in on the farthest door.
- Place the WOODEN RING into the indentation. This will unlock the door.
