Juju are not random little trinkets. They are optional objectives disguised as normal props, and the game tutorial gives away their biggest tell: they usually look like ordinary objects, but they are colorless, glitchy, and dirty. Catching them matters for two reasons. They count toward full cleanup, and every Juju you catch can be spent to reveal an extra hint when a normal item hunt turns nasty.
How to spot Juju faster
Do your Juju pass after the rest of the room calms down. Once the main list and the obvious side tasks are gone, faded and grimy props stand out much better. Search slowly around shelf edges, counters, windows, signs, hanging decorations, and floor corners first. Those are the places where Juju disappear into the scene dressing.
Look for three things at once: washed-out color, a dirty or scuffed look, and a slight wrongness compared to the cleaner props around it. If an object looks like the sad off-brand version of everything near it, click it. That rule catches a lot more Juju than trying to memorize every possible shape.
When to spend Juju on extra hints
Spend Juju when you are down to one stubborn objective, not when the whole room is still noisy. The extra hint is best used as a zone nudge. Once it points you toward a side of the map, stay there and search that area in a fixed order instead of bouncing across the whole stage again.

Best Juju cleanup routine
Use one calm loop: top edge, hanging props, middle clutter, furniture fronts, then the floor line. Open anything with depth. Drawers, bags, tubes, cabinets, curtains, and stacked props can all hide what looks like a missing Juju. If a room has multiple floors or indoor areas, finish one space fully before moving on.
Stages where Juju hunts usually feel busiest
The widest and noisiest maps are where the last Juju tends to feel unfair. Hop Street, Jolly Jug Isle, Nekoten Cafe, Breezy Hill Heights, Leo Family's Home, Fishhead Island, and Kenta's House are the rooms where a methodical sweep helps the most. On those maps, do not trust memory alone. Pick a route and walk it the same way every time.
Juju are there to help you as much as they are there to annoy you. Once you treat them like part of the room-reading process instead of a separate scavenger hunt, they become much easier to clean up.
