Lost and Found Co. Chapter 3: Going Viral Walkthrough
Chapter 3 opens up the shrine area and fills it with people, which makes the search feel much busier than the first two chapters. Most of the chapter is a return chain: find one lost item, then give it back to the person who is missing it.
The easiest way through Going Viral is to clear one item at a time instead of grabbing several and trying to remember who wanted what. If you are stuck near the end, check the edges of the shrine, the pond, and the street props outside the main entrance.

Ducky's Hat
Ducky's Hat is in the cherry blossom tree behind the shrine. Look high in the pink branches instead of searching the ground around Ducky. Once you find the hat, click Ducky to return it.
Princess Crown
The Princess Crown is on the street light peeking above the cherry blossom tree. It is small and easy to read as part of the lamp decoration, so scan the top edge of the shrine scene carefully. Return the crown to the Girl in Rags on the left side of the shrine by the bushes.
Scythe
The Scythe is in the pond. Check the water near the shrine instead of the crowded paths. After picking it up, give it to the Grim Reaper standing beside the pond.
Cane
The Cane is tucked into the golf bag near the basketball net on the right side of the shrine. The bag has several long shapes inside it, so click the cane area directly. Return it to the crawling Old Lady below and left of the Grim Reaper.
Reporter's Microphone
The Reporter's Microphone is hidden in the ice cream stand. Search the display area instead of the reporter first; the microphone blends into the stand's small shapes. Bring it back to the reporter standing a little left of the golf bag.
Halo
The Halo is on top of the homeless man near the entrance to the shrine enclosure. It sits where you might expect a hat or hair detail, so it can hide in plain sight. Return the halo to the Angel near the shrine dock.
Briefcase
The Briefcase is on the hood of the police car outside the shrine enclosure. The car is outside the busiest shrine crowd, so pan your attention to the street area if you keep missing it. Return the briefcase to the Gang Member in red on the left side of the Old Lady.
Milk Bottle
The Milk Bottle is near the dog feeding a duckling by the shrine. Look around the small picnic and animal cluster rather than the larger crowd. Return the bottle to the Crying Baby at the left corner of the shrine near the horse.
Umbrella
The Umbrella is in the upper-right trash can below the orange bus. This one is easy to overlook because it is away from the shrine's main action. Give the umbrella to the Burning Vampire under the basketball net.
Blonde Wig
The Blonde Wig is on the left-most statue in the shrine pond. Check the statue heads in the water before searching the people in the crowd. Return the wig to the man near the upper-right side of the shrine, close to the trash can.
Kate Instapix Photo Prompt
After the return chain, make sure the Kate Instapix prompt is also finished before leaving the chapter. If the stage does not wrap up after the last returned item, check for the photo prompt and complete that final click.
Chapter 3 Finish
Once every item has been returned and the photo prompt is complete, the town thanks Ducky and Mei for helping with the sudden shrine chaos. If something still looks unfinished, use the return chain above as a cleanup list and make sure each item went back to its matching character.
