How to Get the Pod Bay Multi-Pass Access Card
Starting requirement: Level 2 contactless access saved in K9, Miranda’s system for keeping clues and scanned access. The Multi-Pass is visible inside the Pod Bay vending machine, but the machine has no credits. It is easy to spend a loop staring at the card while the answer sits on three snack labels. Make this loop’s goal simple: find the product codes, restock the machine, and scan the card.
Amaan’s room holds the key to the route. His notes and messages turn a messy bedroom into a clue chain, one more small piece of what happened aboard A.R.E.S.
Hint: Find the labels first
Use Amaan’s computer to add HyperViolet, a flashlight mode that reveals hidden marks. Shine it on the Stock Manager touchpad beside the Pod Bay vending machine. The stock screen asks for CP product codes from a soda can, a candy bar, and a bag of chips. Enter CP followed by six digits for each item. That is different from the item’s letter-and-number SKU or its three-digit vending slot number.
Spoiler: Full Multi-Pass route
- Amaan’s bedroom: From Miranda’s bedroom, enter the bedroom hallway and use Level 2 contactless access at Amaan’s door. At his computer, choose Forgot Password. The hint points to his favorite soda. Check the Cosmik! cans by Amaan’s work area in the Connector if you need the name, then enter COSMIK!, including the exclamation mark.
- Amaan’s computer: Read the Q-Bit manual pages beside the computer, across the room, and near the bedside cabinet. Open the terminal icon and enter these commands in order:
ls,build hyperviolet.qb, thencopy flashlight.exe miranda.v. K9’s flashlight now has HyperViolet mode. Turn on the flashlight and switch to its second beam to reveal hidden writing. - Collect the three CP codes: Shine HyperViolet on the whiteboard opposite Amaan’s computer and read the code beside the hidden chips bag. In the Connector, inspect the back of a Cosmik! can near Amaan’s work area for the soda code. In the Kitchen, dispense the Mr. Lime bar from its vending machine and inspect its wrapper for the candy code; 020 was its slot in one playthrough. Save a close view of each label in K9 so a reset does not send you on the same snack run twice.
- Pod Bay Stock Manager: Enter the Pod Bay from the Kitchen. The Multi-Pass is in the vending machine on your left; its Stock Manager touchpad is beside it. Aim HyperViolet at the touchpad, trace the revealed pattern, and select Manage Stock. Match each product on the screen to its label, enter its full CP code in the matching field, and select Confirm. As examples from one playthrough, the codes were Cosmik!
CP379087, Mr. LimeCP208674, and chipsCP687575. Read your own labels if those digits fail. - Pod Bay vending machine: Return to the credit screen and press + beside the Pod Bay machine’s credit count. On the vending machine, enter the slot number shown for the Multi-Pass; 024 was the slot in this playthrough. Take the card and scan the barcode on its back into K9 before the loop ends. The scan saves access for later loops. Carrying the card through a reset does not.
If power runs out before you get the card, use the arcade machine in the Kitchen’s Storage Room to start another loop in Miranda’s bedroom. Check K9 for the HyperViolet upgrade and any label views you saved. Head back to the Pod Bay Stock Manager with those codes; if a clue is missing, revisit its named area first. Keep the next loop focused on the machine and the card scan.
