- Take the Torn Glove.
- Go into the Operating Theater.
- Click to zoom in on the tray on the left.
- Take the Extender.
- Click to zoom in on the table.
- Take the Syringe.
- Click to zoom in on the fuse box on the right.
- Use the Handle on the box.
- Go back one screen.
- Click to zoom in on the side of the machine.
- Use the Screwdriver to remove the screws.
- Go back one screen.
- Click on the table on the right.
- Use the Torn Glove on the liquid.
- You will receive teh Insulated Glove.
- Go back into the painting.
- Click to zoom in on the salamander.
- Use the Insulated Glove on the salamander.
- Go into the operating theater.
- Click to zoom in on the fuse box.
- Use the Syringe on the lock.
- Click on the fuse box to play the mini-game.
- Click on the red switches to turn the lights off and on.
- The goal of the game is to switch all the lights off.
- Pay special attention to which lights turn off more than one light.
- When you have solved the puzzle, return to the corridor.
- Click on the bear's mouth to zoom in.
- Use the Extender on the mouth.
- Take the Lever.
- Return to the Hospital.
- Click on the machine to zoom in.
- Use the Lever on the machine.
- Click on the lever.
- You will receive the Key and the Essence of Love.
- Return to the Secret Passage.
- Click to zoom in on the Boiler.
- Use the Essence of Love on the water.
- You will receive the Shoe.
- Return to the Corridor.
- Click to zoom in on the door.
- Use the Shoe on the lock.
- Enter the Wardrobe.
- Click to zoom in on the pin cushion on the left.
- Take the Arrow.
- Click to zoom in on the painting.
- Use the Key on the lock.
- Enter the painting.
