  7. Upgrade multistory and house fully
  8. Sell multistory and house
  9. Demolish house next to multistory
  10. Hire 4th workers
  11. Build an office next to multistory and upgrade eco x3
  12. Clear house in bottom lot
  13. Build a store in the front
  14. Upgrade electric in both once
  15. Demolish lot next to nature reserve

  15. Buy cottage in back left

  7. Build wind power plant and upgrade
  8. Build a mall in front right and upgrade electric
  9. Demolish lot and reserve in the front left lot
  10. Build mansion and upgrade electric  once
  11. Upgrade eco fully on mall
  12. Upgrade eco and electric once each on mansion and sell
  13. Clear lot in front of office and behind park on the left
  14. Demolish the office
  15. Build another mansion and upgrade electric once and sell
  16. Build a power station in the far left
  17. Build one nature reserve and fill in with promenades

  1. Upgrade electric high-rise once
  2. Hire workers to 4
  3. Repair windmill
  4. Upgrade eco once on high-rise and sell
  5. Clear front left lot
  6. Demolish mall
  7. Hire workers to 10
  8. Buy multistory in front left and demolish
  9. Upgrade windmill
  10. Build a high-rise and upgrade (electric first) and sell when upgraded
  11. Demolish back right lot
  12. Build office and upgrade (electric first)
  13. Clear the rest of the back right lot
  14. Video shows a 2nd office but don't bother. 
  15. Build another high-rise below the others
  16. Destroy abandoned house in center and rebuild
  17. Build a 4th high-rise and upgrade electric to get running
  18. Destroy office
  19. Sell 3rd high-rise when upgraded
  20. Upgrade high-rise
  21. Build 3 nature reserves and fill in with promenades

  11. Build a wind power plant in the front right and upgrade electric
  12. Start construction
  13. Build mall on left and upgrade electric and then eco
  14. Clear the right lot
  15. Build nature reserve next to wind power plant and 4 promenades
  16. Sell the mall when upgraded
  17. Finish construction
  18. Build another mall behind first
  19. Build air monitoring station in front right

  13. Build hotel next to mansion and upgrade eco twice
  14. Build a nature reserve and park and upgrade eco
