Chapter 5: Day 5
- Talk to Debbie.
- A supercell occurs.
- Something has blown out in Scott's office though, so you'll have to stay behind.
- Enter Scott’s office.
- Move to and zoom into the area with smoke.
- This triggers a puzzle.
- The starting point of the puzzle varies.
- The object of the puzzle is to move the red wheel over all the points without retracing any steps.
- Upon completion of the puzzle, the outlet is fixed.
- Upon completion of the puzzle, listen for muffled conversation.
- Pick up the Bluetooth-type headset from Scott’s desk to listen.
- When the conversation is finished, unlock the top desk drawer with the key found under the antennas.
- Read the letter inside the drawer.
- While facing the door, zoom into the table where the radio is.
- See the knife.
- Exit the Farmhouse.
- Enter the Barn.
- Look at the car hose on the shelf to the left of the work table to uncover a clue about the knife you just found.
- Go to the back of the Barn and zoom in on Chase’s boots.
- Open the stall door on the right to collect a huge pile of Pa Pennies.
- Exit the Barn.
- Pa calls your cell and asks you to come right away.
- Get in the car and go to the General Store.
- Talk to Pa. He’ll explain about a mouse infestation.
- Receive a free CHEESE SNACK on the counter.
- Go to the museum.
- Zoom into the Homesteader’s display.
- Click on the bottom right corner.
- Place the mousetrap in the corner near the pile of dried corn.
- Use the cheese snack as bait.
- Replay the mouse puzzle that requires every square of the trap be filled.
- Once filled, receive the MOUSETRAP.
- Drive back to the Springhouse and release the mice.
- Notice the puddle of oil near the door, as well as the missing divining rod.
- Receive the DIVINING ROD.
- Take the divining rod back to Pa's.
- Tell Pa about the divining rod.
- He'll ask you to place it back in the museum.
- Enter the museum and zoom into the Homesteader's exhibit.
- Place the divining rod back in its proper location.
- Talk to Pa again and he'll reward you with some Pa Pennies.
- Return to the farm house.
- Talk to Debbie.
- She’ll ask you to fix the TV.
- Zoom into and turn on the TV.
- The object of this puzzle is to turn the dials under the yellow “on” dial until the colored bubbles (red, green, and blue) disappear.
- You do this by matching the red, green and blue patterns on the top left and bottom left and right of the screen.
- The various colored squares should match those shown around the edges of the picture.
- Don’t worry if more than the specified squares are colored, as long as the a colored square matches the picture. Do red first, then green ,then blue.
- Upon doing this successfully, the TV will show your camera footage before flicking off for good.
- Debbie says it's permanently broken.
- Talk to Scott.
- Go to the cellar and talk to Frosty.
- Frosty will tell you if you've missed any storms you need to take pictures of.
- If you haven't missed anything, head off to bed.
- If you have, he'll tell you where to find it.
- Drive to the location, take photos, and return to upload anything you may have missed before.
- Day 5 is complete.
