Once you arrive in Blackhill, you'll notice some power lines are down blocking your way. Let's get around those.
There are 3 areas you can zoom in on this screen.
- Your bike basket
- The telephone booth
- The power lines
Let's start by zooming in on the power lines.
- Take the Pigeon Emblem and the wire
- Click on the wire 3 times to transform it into a lock pick.
Next, zoom in on the telephone booth.
- Take the small knife
- Take the toggle switch (1/3)
Next, zoom in on the bike basket.
- Take Elf
- Take the fragment
- Use the lock pick you made from the wire on the basket.
Click on the basket and play the hidden object game.
- You'll find a Pouch.
- Use the small knife on the pouch to open it.
- Take the Wrench and the Magent.
