Chapter 1 The Boarding House

Book

  • Zoom into the van.
  • Collect the heavy book & place it onto the clutch.
  • Click the stick shift – insert & click the key in the ignition – click the slider.
  • Examine the note; collect the royal sigil.
  • Click the switch.
  • Move into the Reception.

 

 

Har

  • Speak to Mr. Harold.
  • Click week 1 – Saturday.
  • Click the passport book; collect the box key.
  • Click the mirror; collect the pocket watch.
  • Move down once.

 

 

Box

  • Insert the box key to trigger a hidden objects area.

 

 

H1

  • Find the items.
  • Collect Pritchard’s bag.

 

 

Bag

  • Click Prichard’s bag; read the note & arrange the pieces.
  • Place the royal sigil and enter 561843; collect the cryptex & punch card.
  • Insert and examine the punch card – insert the punch card to copy the key pattern.
  • Move into the Van-Cave.

 

 

Balloon

  • Click the balloon.
  • Click the 1st folder; collect the pocket watch.
  • Click the 2nd folder.
  • Click the 3rd folder; collect the union jack.
  • Click the cover; collect the metal switch.
  • Examine the book; collect the rubber glove.
  • Click the curtain – place the rubber glove & click the button.
  • Click the glass; collect the bottle of sand & Ben’s plan.
  • Move down once.

 

 

Met

  • Attach the metal switch; collect the left speaker.
  • Move to Reception.

 

 

Note

  • Examine the note.
  • Move to the Dining Room.

 

 

Rachel

  • Speak to Rachel.
  • Place the cryptex to trigger a mini game.
  • Solve the game by dragging the decoder to match the symbols & click the scroll to create the plan.
  • Give Ben’s plan; collect the cassette.
  • Collect the pocket watch.
  • Move down once.

 

 

Fold

  • Click the folder; collect the pocket watch.
  • Move to the Common Room.

 

 

Pillow

  • Click the pillow; collect the headphones.
  • Click the cabinet to trigger a hidden objects area.

 

 

H2

  • Find the items.
  • Collect the mysterious book.

 

 

Spring

  • Click the mysterious book.
  • Collect the metal spring.
  • Click the book; collect the pocket watch.
  • Click the page on the left; collect the syringe top.
  • Move to the Courtyard.

 

 

Puz

  • Insert the metal spring to trigger a mini game.
  • Solve the game by setting the clock correctly.
  • Enter the Basement.

 

 


Comp

  • Click the compartment.
  • Collect the nightingale emblem.
  • Place the pocket watches onto the clocks to trigger a mini game.
  • Attach the clock hands to the correct clocks & set the time.
  • Collect the hourglass.
  • Move to Reception.

 

 

Hour

  • Click hourglass & the screws; pour the bottle of  sand.
  • Place the hourglass & click the note.
  • Collect the skull tile & note.
  • Insert the nightingale emblem; collect the old photo & right speaker.
  • Place the old photo; enter 6217.
  • Collect the dial key.
  • Move to the Basement.

 

 

Tube

  • Place the note; enter X38DO; collect the tube & click it open.
  • Collect the blueprint & jumper cables.
  • Attach the dial key & click 163.
  • Place the blueprint & click it to trigger a mini game.
  • Solve the game by solving each of the mini games.
  • Collect the working battery.
  • Move to the Van Cave.
