1. use oil can on shutters
2. examine the window
3. use rag to clean the window
4. go downstairs

Staircase

1. examine the clock – puzzle

• notice that each hand has a different symbol


• look in your journal


• make a note of how many there are of each symbol (triangle, diamond, square)


• place the correct hand to the matching number


• solution (highlight to see): triangle = 18; diamond = 9; square = 8


• you can skip this puzzle by clicking the hint button

3. return to the master bedroom

1. talk to Mary Lee – ask about oddities, daughter, and beliefs
2. exit to left hallway
