Repair road to bottom tree and chop down both trees

Build a bank and a quarry

Clear and repair to the two trees on the right working in front of the foundry

Repair the road while waiting for wood (need 60 wood)

Hire 3rd worker

Build the sawmill

Make one load each of scaffolds and metal beams

Improve the road from exit to entrance

If you can remember, try to hold off on iron and even coal except while getting to wood and stone
