  11. 150 food altar of 5th world;  need 6 strength  
  12. Speak to survivor and receive 3rd blue sphere
  13. Exit

  5. Pick up oratory stone at top right
  6. Speak to chieftain
  7. 200 stone offering for totem pole

  9. Return to chieftain
  10. Pick up golden artifact fragment
