missing puzzel piece

have completed all task so far but on Gomez De Arteche first game it froze on cimoletion and i recived no puzzel piece Have now done all i can but cant go any further help please

Create a new user name and start over? Terrible suggestion, but worth a shot. If you miss a puzzle piece, you're out of luck.
