Location of Goblins:
1. Path to Falls
2. Overlook (after you have solved the Gate of Sun & Moon)
3. Path to Crossroads (after you cross the moon bridge)
4. Witches Tower Rooftop (after you get through the ventilation shaft)

Some people say it was a bug created by the developers for pirated game, so if your game isnt pirated i guess you should contact the game developer

I copied my game from my friend and I cant find forgetful goblin too :(
