Generator

I follow the instructions to start the generator, but it won't work! I inserted the spark plug, turned the switch, flipped the toggle, pressed the red button 4 times, pulled the lever twice and the cord 3 times. I don't understand why it won't work!

Tried messaging them but still can't get through to anyone. I have followed the directions over and over to get generator to work but still nothing!

I hate coming this far and not being able to finish. Waste of time and money.

I have the very same problem with the generator/it ought to work but doesn't.
