Here is one way - - -

On the bottom half

4 green top center
4 blue right top corner
13 red
16 green
10 blue left side
16 blue top
15 red
whites
geeens left and right
blues
reds

The top half is pretty simple

do the four groups of yellow touching the left and right edges

do the remaining group of yellow

do all of the purple
