Can't find anymore clues

Help, I've gotten to where I need to find more clues. Even went back to every room and place I've been and haven't found anything to click on. Its like I'm stuck in limbo. Also haven't figured out the well or the telephone. Please give me some hints or I'm done.

If you're not "done", the well used the long stick to move the bucket & looking thru your case report will show you noticed a well coming up to Ravenhearst.
