Casual Mode Level 31

It seems like it should be easy but no matter what I do, I can't get expert mode on this level. Any ideas?

I know this is 10 days late, but I had the same problem as you. You will get a ton of extra points for collecting money from multiple patrons in a row, without performing any tasks in between. Just try to time the meals so you can collect from 3 or 4 patrons at once, hope this helps! I made Expert in Casual mode doing this this morning.
