dream chronicles, chapter 13

stuck on the puppet theatre crank, think i have all the puppet heads in the right place but cant work out what i have to do to make the crank work, would be grateful for any help, many thank, debbie x

ok, it is simple, just put the queens head on the blue dress, the kings head right behind the queens, the jokers head on the left side of the queens, and u should be able to figure out the soldiers heads, the gold head on the gold body, the silver head on the silver body. now, my poroblem is that i can't seem to find the gear closest to the theater, i know it is there, it won't let me pick it up, it always says it is a plant!

Did you replace the gears?
