purchase full version

hesitating to give my card number to purchase full version.
are there any costs coming afterwards, because in the payment form is a term like "give your adress to get your bank statementS" ??

I suggest not using that download location there can be something not right with that one. When I bought the game I dont remember any statements like the one you said being there.
