No, it's TOTALLY not normal to have a villager live to be 228 years old. it must be a glitch in your game. If you REALLY wanna get rid of her you have to a have a island event with her where death may an option. Like the face in the woods or the monkey mushroom or the strange berry plant or the book and definty the rotting crate that has spiders that kills your villager.So these may be the sloution to get rid of your odd age villager.
maybye your villages been blessed by something now she will jest keep ageing and wont die try get her to master every thing hope she dies or something
