I am getting so bored trying to find my final items on my first 2 boards.

I'm looking for the SKELETON KEY for MT GRAVES and the SAILBOAT at SAILOR BOB'S

Any help with these items are greatly appreciated :)

use a hint! key is right hand side of table under the ledge sailboats are in yhe window and on the side of the boat
