1. Don't flash your cash too much or you could go from a super-rich celebrity who owns a condominium to a raggy, homeless freak who doesn't have enough money to live at Shady Apartments.
2. Don't neglect your University studies too much. I'm not saying to work, work, work 9 to 5, but do enough to acheive at least one thing every 2 weeks, or less.
3. Don't forget your needs. You're not an eternal super-healthy archetype. Being rushed to hospital costs a lot (unless you have a Health Insurance card) and wastes time.
