Help, I'm stuck! I have gained all the infusion recipes. I have $3,000,000 and now nothing is happening. No new orders or tasks. San Francisco and truffles are still locked. Am I missing something?

Do you have your quest goals completed if not complete those and San Francisco and truffles should be unlocked
