Aveyond and Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, etc...?

Can you buy Aveyond(the 1st one) in Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, etc.... now that is has been out for so long? I Need to find a store that sells the game on their shelves so I can buy it that way since I can't download it on public access computers. Thank you very much for your assistance. :)
