Where do you find the scratch ticket? I've had several generations now and tried newspapers, magazines and online. Still no scratch ticket.

Scratch or "Lottery Tickets" are only purchaseable on "Virtual Families 2: Our Dream House". In "Virtual Families", just like any other house event, it has to come through the email. Whether you buy it or not, they may notify if you have won anything.
