I need help also big time. On the cheats there are 4 coins in total but I only see that you have 3 circled and I cannot for the life of me find the other coin that I know that I have to place on the stone with the bananas and the flower necklace. Also where and how do I get the other part of the tooth?

There are only three places to pick up coins - two of the coins were in one spot.
