Drag a person to the clog so they can see that it needs fixed then drag them to the bucket sitting in the laundry room by the linen closet.
go to the laundry room by the closet and the sim will pick up the plunger
You need to drag one of your little people to the shower and then to the back of the laundry room where a plunger is located. You can do the same for a sink and/or toilet.
