How can I get a silky fruit fish?????

Silky is #1 on the fin listing, so you will need to breed two Silky fish to get the Silky Fruitfish.

Fruitfish is #9 on the body breeding chart, so you will be able breed that.

If you have your Silky Shark still, you should be able to breed the Silky Shark with a Silky Beta to get the Silky Fruitfish.
