How do you get over the river to Reeds hidden suplies??? I am stuck :(…

when you go into the river where the mining prospector is, there is a path on the opposite side that is blocked with rocks. get some dynamite and blow it up, go south till you see an arch made of stone, go thru the arch and up onto the hill. boxes will appear when you are close enough to the rocks on the hill.
