Hi Jen, have you seen the walkthrough? It shows a screenshot. You can get expert on it by following the walkthrough. However, it may take several attempts, due to the random sales of the other properties. I found if you build your 3 chateaus on the available lots, you'll have enough money to purchase the other 3 properties.
