Does anyone know if there is any way to save the Farm? I have tried building a bank and putting the $400.00 in savings. I have tried to just hold the money and not spend it. But when you blow up the rocks on the river for the 3rd pan mine the quest is then blocked out. So I am wondering if I am doing something wrong or if thats just the way the game goes.

YOU CAN'T SAVE THE FARM - IF YOU DO THEN GAME IS OVER.

IT IS A BADLY LABELED QUEST.

Town 1 is baron farm (tutorial)
Town 2 is one where you start with crashed wagon and 3 needing help and where you are to save 400 for farm saving.
Town 3 is town you build up to be so attractive the Baron family moves there .

So - if you did save the farm - town 2 would be end of game......
YOU CAN"T/SHOULDN'T save the farm.
