How would you get a master farmer on lvl 3 harvesting there no lvls do you meen lvl 3 tech for farming???. Either way i've droped him into the logoon a few times and he's just "enjoying the lagoon".

lvl 3 farming needed, and lvl 2 science needed.

You need master farmer and lvl 3 tech for farming, then put your master farmer into the lagoon until he get a fish
