Level 104 Solution:
--3 greens (2nd from bottom, 3rd from top)
--3 yellows on lower right
--6 reds at center bottom
--6 blues middle bottom
--4 blues in middle
--4 yellows on lower right
--4 greens on lower left
--4 reds on lower left
--3 yellows on lower left
--5 blues on right
--3 greens on lower right
--3 blues on lower left
--3 yellows on left
--3 greens on left
--6 reds
--all remaining greens
--all remaining yellows
--3 blues
--and... reds. whites, and blues!

Thanks for the walk thru... but you miscounted. about half way thru instead of 4 red on the lower left it should be 5 reds. it makes a "L" shape.

There are a few mistakes in this solution but if you use it you'll get there. Thanks to the person who took the trouble to post it :)

Here is a better solution:

4 horizontal groups of greens on left
3 yellow middle right
4 blue on left
14 reds
2 vertical groups of blue on top
6 blue in middle
3 yellow in middle
5 blues
4 greens
4 yellows
3 reds
3 reds....then remaining reds yellows whites and blues
