what the heck is that penguin "Walter" supposed to do. All I can get him to do is injure innocent fish. He won't even go over to the alien when he's present. ( He's the fourth bonus pet and costs a lot of ss!)

Clicking on Walter will make him punch fish, making them drop money immediately.
Punching a breeder in the game modes (except VT) will make them give birth to guppies immediately as long as they are the proper size to give birth.
It also has effects on certain pets.
Punching Vert will make him drop a gold coin immediately.
Punching Shrapnel will make him drop bombs sooner.
Punching Amp will charge him up instantly
Punching Presto will turn him back into a tadpole.
