how do you do powder street 3? i'm confused because it says that i have to make a bag of sugar or something but how do i make it? there's only a powder plant and a bakery? is this a glitch on my end? or am i just missing something very obvious? please help! thank you in advance! :)

It's not obvious at all but there's a simple solution. You have to buy the bag of sugar with the plane. You will also have to buy trays for processed meat, cheese culture for cheese and materials for hats and gowns later on so keep that in mind. Just one more new feature of this game!
