need help with crossroads 4... trying to get gold?

I've gotten under 3:30 on the level by buying 4 pigs immediately, buying the sacks of sugar/flour (whatever they are!!), selling off processed meat as it's ready, upgrading the truck twice along the way and selling off everything I can right at the end. Hope this helps!
