hey does any body no if there is a cheat or something that u can get some tech points or anything. and if not can some one help me on a fast way to get tech points on vv2!

The only way to get tech points "fast" is to have a lot of scientists and leave it running on fast speed overnight. Of course, a lot can go wrong that way too...
