HELP! I Have all ports, all stores, all factories and all I need is the last recipe and I can't find out who has it. I have discovered all of them I can at the research place too.
Its a recipe for Blended Cacao Ginger Spice Truffles, but someone has to give it to me in the game and I have been to every city and building and no one is telling me anything.

Never mind I GOT it! wooo hooo! that only took several days to figure out. After going city to city and building to building. I found a guy in Moscow that want me to make him a sauce in return for the recipe.
Thank goodness, cause it was starting to bug me.
