I was stuck on the trophy to build 9 Blue Houses. I finally got it and completed the game without any cheats.

If you are having problems getting that trophy, it is a little tricky!

Posted below is how I finally achieved it:

After you have completed the game go back to the year 1998 or the last year would work as well; you need a level that has plenty of lots on it.

Make sure you have the following purchased before you continue:
1)For Sale Sign is a must.
2)As many builders, painters, garage builders, and add on builders you can afford.
3)As many appliances you can afford.

MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AUTOMATIC PERSON WHO DELIVERS THE HOME.........SELL HIM BACK TO BE SURE YOU CAN GET ALL OF THE ABOVE

PLAYING THE LEVEL TO GET YOUR TROPHY:
Press play, and start building 9 blue homes, I picked the right side of the screen, there may be a blue home already there, but you cannot count that one.

You also need to take care of customers so as not to lose the level, so build their homes while you are building the other 9. The 9 blue homes don't have to have anything special, they just need to be blue. Try to have at least 2-3 blue ones ready to go before you deliver the home to the first customer: put the For Sale Sign on one of them (you only have one For Sale Sign, but it will work great for you if you have it updated all the way).

I built my 9 blue houses all the same type of house, that way when the customer asked for a blue house, I could deliver them to the house and not have to move the For Sale Sign around.

This should get you your trophy.
