Okay I finally found out how to get past level 51/52 (or 50/51) of pet shop hop. Many people need help with this so I'm just going to post what I did to complete it. Here's what you have to do:

-Sell EVERY single pet you have (dog, cat, bird, fish, porcupine, rabbit and hamsters).
-Buy five dogs and five cats.
-Buy twenty of each bird (yellow, red, blue and rainbow).
-Start playing the game. A customer that wants another animal (that doesn't give you a very big profit or is a help to completing your goal) will just leave. This way you are left with the people who want to buy a pet that will earn you a big profit and help you with your goal.

-At this point you can start adding a bit of extra's for people who want a dog/cat. Don't over-do it though because this way you might take to long and a line will form at your pet shop and things will start to slow down for you.

This is the way I got past the levels and it should work for you because I have told my friends, they used the same technique and they got through the game with flying colors. Good luck to everybody :)
