Aside from pulling everyone away from what they're doing, I think it may impart some skills on adults too. I tried it once and I saw that some of my young adults who were "bored" and "unsure what to do" did get a skill boost.
once and ONLY once a day will a lecture be attended ONLY by children. All other lectures prolly are folly
