I talk to people in all the local pubs etc., and they say that in New York, they built the Chrysler and Empire State buildings in New York. I saw one of them being constructed, and when it looked finished, I hovered over the building, and it didn't show up as a place you could enter. Can somebody tell me if you can go in these buildings, and if so, when?
