I cannot get a master scientest to make the plans for the bath. I have dropped them on the board and the just look at it. Please help. I know this works because I have played this game before but never had this problem.

Um, thats VV3!Not VV2!Any way, i have an answer.You need a master builder or an adept builder (not sure about adept, but try it anyway) drag them to the chalkboard and they will make plans. HEY PRESTO!
