I'm not sure if you have to make it in the lab first or not...i forgot, but the recipe is:

Specialty Cacao Dark Currant Pralines

Mahajanga Cacao
Cayenne Cacao
Costa Rican cacao (from San Jose)
Currants (Sahara)
Sugar
