ok u guys, i need a little help. im at tornado valley and my town happiness is 125, i have over 40 buildings and it wont complete the mission....do i just need to keep playing in that town or what is the deal?

I think you need to get rid of some buildings. Check the spoiler section on my guide... I'm pretty sure you need ~exactly~ 25 buildings (Luxury Buildings don't count so you can have as many of them as you need)
