Please help!!

I have been playing Chocolatier 2 for what feels like a long time. I have San Francisco, New York, Paris, Casablanca, Abidjan, San Jose, Amazon, Buenos Aires, Cayenne open. I have the testing lab, i have a shop, i have all upgrades on my factories. Not a single person, in a single port will give me a mission. One character tells me to go and see Felix B in Casablanca at Magreb (the chocolate shop) he just purchases my goods but does not give me a mission.

Please can you tell me how to move on.

I also have 1 million but i do not have the obelisk at Buenos Aires.

Is there something wrong with my game???

Please help, I'm desperate!!!!
